MCTS Health Provider Entry:
As GoI has made many appreciable efforts to track the pregnant women and child the same effort should be done at the field level where the root of finding the beneficiary and tracking is done.
Note: Before entry any Pregnant Women or Child we have to enter the Health Provider and ASHA in the particular institution where we are going to enter the details of the Pregnant Women or child by which the details which we entering will be communicated to the Health Provider and while entering in the Pregnant women or child format the Health Provider and ASHA name and mobile number will be displayed in the scroll down menu.
Now we will see how we can enter the Health Provider and ASHA entry i will show step wise in pictures.
